We collect information about you when you register or are registered for an account (which may be by your employer or otherwise), create or modify your profile, set preferences, or sign-up for Wranx Services. For example, you provide your basic contact information and preferences. You may also have the option of adding your name, avatar, job title, and other details to your profile information. We keep track of your preferences when you select Your Account within the Services.
Content you provide through our products
The Services include any Wranx product you use, where we collect and store content that you post, send, receive and share. This content includes any information about you that you may choose to include. Examples of content we collect and store include: the answers you make when taking a daily drill, the time taken to answer questions, answers given in assessments, points and achievements earned through use of the Services, Leaderboards you generate or participate in, comments you enter in Leaderboards, Videos you watch and any feedback you provide to us.
Content you provide through our websites
The Services also include our websites owned or operated by us. We collect other content that you submit to these websites, which include social media or social networking websites operated by us. For example, you may provide Personal Data to us when you provide feedback or when you participate in any interactive features, surveys, contests, promotions, activities or events.
Information you provide through our support channels
The Services also include our customer support, where you may choose to submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing with a Service. Whether you designate yourself as a technical contact, open a support ticket, speak to one of our representatives directly or otherwise engage with our support team, you will be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the problem you are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots or information that would be helpful in resolving the issue.
Your use of the Services
We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with any of our Services. For example, if you sign up with Wranx under our contract with a trade union of which you are a member then we will hold the information that you are a member of that trade union (although this will not be processed for any other purpose). In these circumstances we will only process this "special category" data if you have provided your explicit consent to processing for this purpose during the sign-up process.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.
We use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
Behavioral Remarketing
Wranx Limited uses remarketing services to advertise on third party web sites to you after you visited our Service. We, and our third party vendors, use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

This will including sharing analytical and reporting data with your employer to the extent required to allow them to evaluate how users are performing and to identify training needs.. The basis for this processing is that it is necessary for our legitimate interest in fulfilling our contract (which may be with your employer or otherwise) for the provision of the Services and in ensuring that we provide the Services in the most effective manner.
Use of your Personal Data - Compliance With Laws
We will process your Personal Data (which may include disclosing it to third parties) to maintain our own administrative and accounting records or where required to do so by law or in accordance with an order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service. The basis for this processing will be that it is necessary for compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.
Use of your Personal Data - Business Transactions
If Wranx Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will receive if your Personal Data is transferred and an updated privacy notice from any new data controller. In the event of such a transfer of information, your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are not affected. The basis for this processing will be that that it is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interest or that of a third party in entering into the merger, acquisition or asset sale.

No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.
Automated decision-making
At present we do not used automated decision-making to process your Personal Data.
